About Acti-Vit

Acti-Vit is a sugar free sparkling flavoured vitamin water containing 100% RDA of 7 key vitamins and minerals, as well as a splash of magnesium.
Acti-Vit contains 100% of the UK recommended intake of vitamins B5, B6, B9, B12, C, D and zinc, as well as 15% of the recommended magnesium intake.
Acti-Vit helps to reduce tiredness & fatigue, support your immune system, maintain healthy hair, skins, nails, muscles, bones & teeth and more!
No, Acti-Vit is sugar free and does not contain caffeine.
Yes, Acti-Vit is suitable for everyone. However, we'd always advise consulting with your doctor before giving Acti-Vit to very young children due to the unique nutiritonal needs of children through different growth stages.
Each can of Acti-Vit contains just 3 calories, making it a delicious, healthy, and low calorie way to increase your vitamin intake.

Shipping usually takes up to 3 working days from the time your order is placed. Bank holidays or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather) may affect these times.
You can make changes to subscription orders via your online account. Here you can add or remove items, adjust the frequency of subscription deliveries, cancel orders and more. If this does not work, you can also try our chat bot, or contact [email protected] for further assistance.
You should receive a confirmation email once you place your order. If you don't receive this email try checking your junk folder. If you still don't have it and are concerned about your order, feel free to contact us.
If you have not received your order within 3 working days please do let us know either by emailing [email protected] or via our 'Contact Us' page. It may just be that your designated courier has been held up or had difficulty delivering your order and it will be with you shortly, but if you're unsure, please do contact us so that we can follow up for you.
Most of our orders are sent via Yodel. Sometimes, orders may also be despatched through DPD or alternative couriers to reach certain locations or handle specialist requirements.
If you receive a notification from your designated courier informing you that your order has been damaged, or if you have received your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately via [email protected] or through the 'Contact Us' page so we can investigate further and take remedial action where necessary.
If you are unhappy with the service you've received from your courier or you have questions specifically relating to your courier, please contact the relevant delivery company directly.

Returns

Actiph can accept returns up to 30 days from the order being placed. To return your item(s) and be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused and in resaleable condition. To return your item, please contact [email protected] to arrange collection. Once the item has been collected and inspected, a full refund will be issued. If the item has been opened or partially used, refund requests will be examined on a case by case basis.
